This nine-floor building includes a double-height entrance atrium and incorporates floor-to-ceiling windows on all floors to maximise natural light, even to the rear of the building. Elegantly designed meeting rooms with a 40- 50 person capacity. Sizes range from 646 to 1561sq ft. All rooms can be dressed to suit, or used to store equipment. All rooms are equipped with WIFI and have multiple power outlets. Mid-week shooting can be arranged on request.

There are two terraces that can be used for multiple backdrops- the North & South terraces are both 1238 sq ft, and spacious enough to maintain a crew & cast. There is an adjoining terrace room which can be used to hold filming crew and/or equipment. Hire of the the roof terrace rooms also include the use of audio visual equipment, AV support and blackout blinds if required.
