We buy and lease industrial sites
If you have industrial properties or land that might be suitable for Film and TV Studios, then you’ve come to the right place.
We are actively looking to acquire more properties across the Uk, to convert into production facilities. Film Studios, manages its own portfolio in addition to its clients properties.
Our lease commitments range from annual rolling to 10 year +. It is also committed to purchasing suitable freehold sites.
What properties are we after?
- Large Industrial or brownfield sites
- Eaves height of over 30ft/9m
- Large yard space for parking
- Ideally in a quiet area without external noise such as flight paths and railways
- We are happy to pay fees for introductions to properties or landlords
We provide a platform for both production companies to book, and landlords to market space.
The studios team act as an agent on behalf of landlords, taking a fee on a premium rent. Or operate our own studio facilities, subletting to production companies on more flexible terms.
We represent many facilities on an agency basis, but currently lets out 290,000 sq ft of alternative studio space to large US Studios. We are actively looking for more long leasehold and freehold opportunities in Greater London and the South East.

Locations London Studios were a pleasure to work with. I came to them with a tough brief of finding us a 100,000 sq ft + facility to house very large sets, with the ability to add further ancillary structures. Within a matter of days, we had brilliant option to view and within months we were able to occupy a site as their tenants to start our production in a flexible manner.
