Description

This modern American Hamptons Style house with contemporary interiors was renovated in 2020 and features a beautiful modern open plan kitchen with high end appliances set against a rustic exposed brick wall. The living area’s sliding doors open out to a large porcelain tiled patio in a secluded garden leading to a contemporary summer house and hot tub. The art deco style lounge boasts a wood burning fire and designer gold accent features. Upstairs there are three contemporary styled bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with an elegant roll top bath.

Park Cottage is set in a beautiful rural location on a desperate house wives-esque tree lined street next to the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding beauty. It also offers a generous amount of off street parking for up to 6 cars and is located within the m25 with excellent travel connections.
