Description

Set on the picturesque Regent’s Canal in East London, this converted former coal storage facility offers 10,000 square metres of raw, adaptable event space. Staying true to its 19th-century industrial roots, the venue retains an authentic warehouse character, with two distinct interior spaces – the Atrium and the Boat Space, providing a genuine blank canvas for events of almost any scale or format.

Beyond the main warehouse spaces, the site includes a private yard, a green room, waterside deck space directly on the canal, a photography studio with an infinity cove, a rooftop, and a range of flexible breakout areas.

The Boat Space
The Boat Space is a spectacular warehouse-style space with a gate, as well as a waterside door opening on Regents Canal.
With high ceilings of 5.2m this space has enormous potential for building large experiential events and sets. Available with the hire of this space are multiple adjoining break out rooms.

The Atrium
The Atrium is an expansive warehouse-style space, with an additional adjacent room that overlooks the docks on Regents Canal. It also has direct access to the courtyard and large gated entrance.
This is a dynamic space with amazing natural lighting from the overhead windows, beams and rigging and the end white wall can be painted to suit the clients needs.

Breakout Rooms:

Canal Room
This room has direct access to the Boat Space, the Atrium, the small kitchen and the dock with a view of Regents Canal.

This space has a built in infinity cove, perfectly equipped for shoots. It has the option of natural lighting or the large windows can be covered with black out drapes.

This room has been sound proofed, prefect for high volume events.

Outdoor Spaces
There are 4 outdoor spaces: the Dock and pontoons, the Yard, the roof terrace and a small courtyard in the centre of the building.

Our Canal room has a raised platform that can be used to access our modular floating pontoon. The largest floor space using all blocks is 8m x 4m. In the past it has been used to showcase new products, live performances, filming, evening drinks and much more.

The Rooftop terrace has a beautiful view of Regents canal and can fit around 100 attendees depending on any installations or staging. There is access from the Boat Space.

The Yard has access to both main spaces and is often used as the guest entry point from Laburnum street. The space is a great size for installations, filming or to be used as a smoking area for guests.
